2025 IS YOUR YEAR OF FINANCIAL BREAKTHROUGH
- Did I hear you “shout your loudest amen”? Well, it’s good to know that your will and desire made it into the new year.
- Alright first things first CONGRATULATIONS you made it to 2025, last year was a lot, there were ups and as well as downs, wins and losses, trials as well as triumphs but look at you still here and still standing through it all a testament to your determination and resilience.
- As much as I’m sure you appreciate my well wishes I know that’s not the reason you’re reading this article, you’re eagerly waiting for me to get to the point of the financial breakthrough. Ok here’s the stitch, this year is going to be whatever you make it.
- Sorry to disappoint you but there’s no magic, your financial liberation in the weeks and months to come is entirely up to you however this article is to help steer you in the right direction. Now that you know “na your hand e dey” where do you start?
- ● WRITE THE VISION: At this point, I’m certain you’ve taken stock of your life in the past year, so it’s time to write out your goals for this year. This isn’t the year to cower. Dream big, have bold desires, be audacious with your goals, and also plot your pathway to achieve them having at the back of your mind that it’s a journey so even though it’s ok to start small, it’s not ok to remain small.
- ● ACT: Desires are good but they are just that. You have to put in the work in taking little steps as well as big ones.
- ● DISCIPLINE: Everybody is pumped in January but the onus is on you to have the same amount of commitment to your vision halfway through the year that you did on the first day of the year despite the hurdles because they will certainly come.
- ● DIVERSIFY: Have multiple streams of income this year. Find a “side hustle” that you can balance with whatever you’re currently doing.
- ● INVEST: “Any money when I get na enjoyment” isn’t for 2025 o, this is the year to be the smart money woman or man, the economy is not smiling so you too no gree. Put your money in hedge funds especially REAL ESTATE in Lagos because the real estate market in Lagos is a gold mine right now so whatever area your finances can afford be it Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju-Lekki, or Epe this year endeavor to buy land, an apartment or a house in Lagos. Each investment has its risks but there’s no better feeling than knowing that your money is making money for you while you’re going about your business. So, with proper information and due diligence, you will be able to invest wisely and rightly.
